I was learning to write a statistical inquiry.

It was hard to get the information because I needed to remember who I asked and

who  didn't ask.  Next time I could ask what your favourite colour is.

We were learning to write a bio poem. 

It was tricky to choose the word because I had lots of ideas.

Welcome to my Year 4 learning blog.  This year I am in Room 14 and my teacher is Mrs Prendergast. I enjoy meeting new friends.  This year I am looking forward to getting better at reading.  I hope you will enjoy my blog and leave lots of feedback.

Greenhouse

Last week on Monday,  we made greenhouses.  The first thing we did was drawing a square  tracing a square.  Then we gave it to Miss Lister and she cut it out (the middle square).  After that we drew two lines for the roof.  Miss Lister also cut the roof out.  Next we decorated it.  We only can draw veggies and flowers and then we drew greenhouses and our names.  Then Miss Lister gave us a plastic bag and Miss Lister also gave us a paper towel.  Then we rolled up the paper towel and Miss Lister wet it.  Then Miss Lister gave us four wet cotton balls.  Lastly she gave us six beans and we put them in too.
