Book Character day

Elm Park School had a Book Character Parade on Friday. 

Room 7 dressed up as a character from their favourite book.

Ambury Farm trip

We went to Ambury Farm. We learn't about the animals that live on the farm, where milk and wool comes from and how to feed the animals.

My favourite thing was:

"I liked the sheep."

Story Writing

I am learning to write a sentence independently.

In Room 7 I am learning to write independently. 

We have special things in our class such as our yellow cards to help us 

find the letters and some words we want to write. 

"I can use the card to find a word."

Reading

I am learning that illustrations help me read the story.

"This is a caterpillar."

Maths

I am learning to make a pattern.

"I can make a blue pattern."
