How lettuce Grows - Explanation Writing

Reflection:
In this activity, we were learning to write a explanation on how to grow lettuces.  I used the word 'then' for  my time connector but when my class gave me some feedback, I changed the then's into other time connectors. Next time I should make the time connectors more interesting and more different.

Kiwi Facts

WALT skim and scam to find information in a text. I worked with a buddy and I enjoyed it
I learnt that kiwis actually have nostrils. I also learnt that females are bigger than male kiwis.
I found it easy to skim and scam because I just had to find the the most interesting things.
I think I still should keep on working on skim and scamming.

Solving multiplication problems using the distributive property

Reflection:
WALT use the distributive property to solve multiplication problems.
I found it hard to 9 x 32 and then I re-looked at the video and then I understood that splitting the number 32 into 30 and 2 and then it got a lot easier.
